Congratulations to the amazing members of the Class of 2008! 64 students have earned 242 acceptances to 132 different colleges! Additionally, several seniors will pursue post graduate options next year. The diversity of acceptances speaks to the success of Berwick's philosophy of college counseling. We work individually and intensively with each one of our students to help them identify, research, apply and gain admission to the colleges which best fit their academic and personal goals. College searches are expansive and thorough. Students are encouraged to define college success on their own terms. As a result of this personalized approach, our graduates attend the best colleges in their particular area of interest. When visiting Berwick, Edward Fiske, author of Fiske Guide to Colleges, cited the diversity and strength of Berwick's acceptance list as proof of the program's success. Another reason our students do so well in the college process is that they are intellectual, talented, motivated young men and women.
