The Upper School prepares students for the rigors of challenging college curricula by teaching them to learn together yet think independently, express themselves with clarity and confidence, and understand extensive information in all six disciplines. 

The rigorous academic program concentrates on the development of the ability to reason, reach independent conclusions, and apply knowledge and skills learned in one discipline to another.  Honors and Advanced Placement courses are offered in all subject areas.
