Ms. Rust brings has than 25 years of development experience in human services, healthcare and education in numerous philanthropic environments from Maine to California. She has served on numerous boards of directors including the Prescott Park Arts Festival, the Pine Tree Society, Mercy Hospital's visiting nurse agency, the Junior League of Portland Maine, and the York Public Library. Libby also served as the President of the Kents Hill School Alumni Association and as a Trustee. Most recently, she served as the President of the Northern New England Chapter of the Association of Fund-Raising Professionals. She is currently the chair of Philanthropy Day 2007. Ms. Rust holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from Wheaton College and a masters degree in public administration from Columbia University.

A graduate in the Class of 1989, Kellie returned to the Hilltop in 1996 and has worked in various positions within the Development Office. Currently, Kellie manages and co-edits the Berwick Today, organizes the Alumni Winter Reception, Grandparents Day, Alumni Day and many of the events held on and off campus. She also manages and maintains the database for the Development Office. Kellie and her husband Chris have two daughters Olivia and Secily, both attending Berwick Academy. Kellie holds duel ungraduate degrees in English and media communications from Boston College.

Colleen brings a wide range of experience in the private sector to her position. She and her husband Stan have three children - Samantha, Jamie and Nolan. Samantha and Jamie attend Berwick. They reside in South Berwick. Colleen earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Adminstration and Marketing from the University of Maine.
