Parent Yoga
Join yoga-certified former Berwick parent Andrea Bristol for a one-hour yoga session in the yoga studio at the Walsh Wellness Center. Classes will be on most Tuesday mornings (8:15 a.m.) and Friday afternoons (2 p.m.) for $10 (your Berwick account will be charged directly) and no reservations are needed. Some experience is welcome, but not necessary and mats/blocks are available. Yoga helps reduce stress, improve flexibility and can even help you recharge after a busy week or weekend.
