Angst: Film Viewing and Discussion

Portsmouth Public Library, Levenson Community Room, 175 Parrott Avenue, Portsmouth, NH
Sponsored in part by the Berwick Parent Community, please join us for a showing of the film, Angst - a documentary designed to raise awareness around anxiety. The film includes interviews with kids, teens, educators, experts, parents, and a very special interview with Olympic medalist, Michael Phelps. A panel discussion will take place immediately following the film and will be facilitated by Minding Your Mind, an organization whose primary objective is to provide mental health education and to reduce the stigma and destructive behaviors often associated with mental health issues. Parents and students are encouraged to attend this event together.

Please RSVP to Stephanie Caswell (scaswell@berwickacademy.org) by Friday, April 26.
