Snowshoe Story Walk

After the cold snap, kindergartners and first graders were thrilled to adventure through Berwick’s trails on snowshoes! The Lower School librarian and physical education teacher teamed up for a lesson in the woods – a story walk featuring “The Snowy Day” by Ezra Jack Keats. During the mile-long trek, students stopped at different locations to read a page or two of the book, finishing back on the athletic fields. Perfect weather, fun exercise, a good book, and lots of giggles!
