    Berwick travelled to Dana Hall on Wednesday for the final league game of the year. After a close, hard fought game, BA eventually fell in OT, 11-12. Brit Foster was incredible in net with 20 huge saves. T. Foster 5G, Zimmermann 2G, Gaughan 1G, Hoy 1G, S. Foster 1G, Santos 1G. The defense was strong and the early slides and tight doubles were a team effort. The coaches couldn't be more proud of the Bulldogs!

    BA beat LCA 16-7 at home on Saturday in the final home game of the season. All four seniors (Hoy, Farid, McNamara, Leavitt) played incredible games!     The Bulldogs traveled to Portsmouth Abbey on Saturday and lost 12-5. After a tough first half, the Bulldogs rallied to have a great second half. The midfield defense tightened, the slides were earlier, and the shot selection on attack improved – it was another great team effort. Rayne Zimmermann had 2G 1A, Mila Santos 1G, Laura Hoy 1G, and Casey Houlahan 1G. Maria Gaughan was incredible with ground balls and draw controls in the second half. Brit Foster made 12 saves in net.

  • Topped by the Highlanders

    The Bulldogs hosted Pingree School on Wednesday, losing 19-8. After a good start on a very rainy day, the lead slipped from BA as the Highlanders gained momentum. The entire Bulldog team worked hard for all 50 minutes to double the ball, re-defend, and take clean shots. Syd Foster had 3G, Mila Santos 1G, Sophie Beauchesne 1G, Tiff Foster 1G, Rayne Zimmermann 1G, Laura Hoy 1G. Brit Foster made 11 saves in net.

  • Tough Day for BA

    Berwick hosted Winsor on Saturday, losing 17-7. After a great start, the game began to get away from the Bulldogs. Berwick worked incredibly hard to even the score for much of the second half. Maria Gaughan, Tiffany Foster, Syndey Foster, Rayne Zimmermann, and Laura Hoy each had one goal. Tess McNamara netted two. Brit Foster played a solid game in net, making nine saves. The Bulldogs host Pingree on Wednesday.

    Berwick traveled to Tilton on Wednesday and lost to the Rams, 9-5. In a hard fought game, the Bulldogs were able to even the score but never take a convincing lead. Abby Reed had 1G, Maria Gaughan 1G, Rayne Zimmermann 1G, Sydney Foster 1G, and Mila Santos 1G. Brit Foster was steady in net with 10 saves. BA looks forward to hosting Winsor School on Saturday.

    Berwick girls lacrosse hosted Hebron Academy on Friday, winning 14-5. After a slow start, the Bulldogs pulled ahead for a convincing win. It was a solid team victory as the play got cleaner and more fluid as the game progressed. Char Noerdlinger had 3G 1A, Laura Hoy 3G, Sydney Foster 2G, Tiffany Foster 2G, Rayne Zimmermann 1G 3A, Kenza Farid 1G, Mila Santos 1G 1A, Casey Houlahan 1G, Annabelle Beaton 1A, and Abby Reed 1A. Brit Foster had 4 saves and Abbie Sera had 5 saves.

    The Bulldogs travelled to Proctor Academy on Wednesday, and after a slow start, rallied to win 9-8 in the closing minutes. Down 0-4, BA kept working and hustling and eventually was able to close the gap late in the second half. Rayne Zimmermann netted 3 goals and had 1 assist, Syd Foster had 2 goals, and Mila Santos, Maria Gaughan, Abby Reed, and Kenza Farid each had 1 goal. Every player worked hard to re-defend and secure ground balls. Brit Foster was outstanding in net with 14 saves. Berwick hosts Hebron Academy on Friday, 4/13.

    The BA girls played a strong, SNOWY game vs. NCD to open the lacrosse season. Maria Gaughan and Mila Santos each netted 2 goals, and Syd Foster, Kenza Farid, and Rayne Zimmermann each had 1 goal. The defense held strong all game with solid double teams and transitions. Brit Foster was great in goal with 8 saves.
