Emily Duchene Takes Second and Takes Home Lots of Ice Cream!

Coach Trueworthy
The girls ran a great race today, coming home with a win against Concord and a loss against Winsor. The excitement was felt all around with many girls setting personal records for the season, but was at its' height when Freshman Emily Duchene bounded to the finish in second place, only 10 seconds behind Winsor's top runner! Emily will be awarded 2 pints of Ben and Jerry's for her tremendous efforts against those top Winsor runners!

Lily Spearman and Nichole Kleinmann, Berwick's second and third runners, also fought hard and pushed each other all the way to the finish, both coming in under 25:00. Once again our Berwick girls showed tremendous effort and positive energy and should take pride in their accomplishments!

See you next week at home!!!
