  Our application can be found here at myBerwick. This includes a checklist that will help track what needs to be submitted, in addition to the progress of the application. The checklist describes the following requirements:

  
  Pre-K & Kindergarten Applicants (January 30, 2026 Deadline)
  

  • Applicant Profile

  • Parent/Guardian Meeting
  • On-Campus Applicant Playdate & Assessment (please note that these are specific, set dates that are scheduled through the applicant checklist)
  • Teacher Recommendation (if the child is in a childcare/school setting)

  Grade 1 - 4 Applicants

  • Online iReady Assessment (registration through Berwick Academy)

  Grade 7 & 8 Applicants

  An admission ‘checklist’ can be found within myBerwick. This will help track what needs to be submitted, in addition to the progress of the application. We accept the Standard Application Online (SAO). The checklist describes the following requirements:

  • English Teacher Recommendation
  • Principal/Guidance Counselor Recommendation
  • Student Transcripts (3 years)
  • Test Scores (Berwick's SSAT code is 1624):
    • Grade 9 (SSAT or iReady - iReady registration through Berwick Academy)
    • Grade 10 (SSAT or PSAT)
    • Grade 11 - PG (PSAT, SAT, or ACT)
