Is your teen ready to take on a leadership role this summer? The Berwick Academy LEAD (Leadership, Education, Adventure, Development) Counselor-in-Training Program offers a unique opportunity for teens to grow, explore, and thrive. The program is flexible—you can sign up for all 5 weeks or select specific weeks. We’ll track your teen’s progress and tailor our leadership curriculum to match their needs. Participants will gain hands-on experience in camp operations, communication skills, working with children, and more. By combining leadership training with outdoor adventures and practical experience as junior counselors, teens will develop crucial skills in responsibility, communication, problem-solving, teamwork, creativity, and personal growth. Along the way, they’ll also build lasting friendships while having fun!
