Blue & White weekend a little too blue
The Varsity Softball team lost to Pingree during their home game over Blue & White weekend. Emily Keech, Alana Sanborn, and Kelsey White all went 1 for 3 at the plate, and Stephanie Staples went 1 for 2. Emily Keech stole home on a passed ball, and Krisitn VanDissel's fly ball to right field brought 2 runners home in the 5th inning, bringing the score to 9-3. In the 6ht inning, Alana Sanborn had an amazing catch at shortstop. Katie Wheeler struck out 5 batters and walked two.
