Veterans Day Celebration - November 2023
On Veterans Day, we gathered for an assembly welcoming Veterans and special guests from the Berwick Academy community. We were honored to have Retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel & Executive Director of the Dover Housing Authority, Ryan Crosby, as our keynote speaker. His powerful speech, "The Unseen Veteran," shed light on the unrecognized stories of heroes among us.
Following the assembly, veteran alumni from classes spanning the 1950s to late 90s, alongside current parents and grandparent veterans, gathered for brunch, bringing our extended community together to express gratitude and celebrate the courage and sacrifice of our veterans. We thank all of our veteran community members for their dedication and service.
