This uplifting camp invites students to stretch, move, and recharge! Campers explore kid-friendly yoga, simple breathing techniques, and mindfulness activities that help build focus and confidence. Through games, creative movement, and hands-on wellness projects, students learn healthy habits that support both body and mind—all in a calm, encouraging environment.
