Grandparents and Special Friends Day

The Berwick community warmly invites you to join us on campus for a morning of connection, student performances, and classroom visits.

Invitations have been sent out in the mail. Alternatively, you can register online using this LINK

Parking & Transportation
Parking is available in our Lower School and Fogg Memorial lots. Handicap parking spaces will be reserved in front of the Athletic Center. Complimentary golf cart shuttle service will be available from 8:00 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. to assist with transportation to and from parking lots and around campus.

The Classroom Experience
We encourage you to discuss the day’s schedule with your student(s) ahead of time. Knowing where and when to meet will help make the day smooth and enjoyable. Volunteers will be stationed around campus to offer assistance throughout the day.

After The Event 
Classes for all students will end at 11:35 a.m with buses departing at 11:50 a.m. and campus closing at 12:00 p.m. Students may depart with their guests only if a parent/guardian has notified the school in advance. Divisions will provide specific instructions for submitting this information closer to the event.
