On a rare return to field 4, BA took advantage of their former home with a convincing 7-0 victory over league rival, Pingree. With only ten minutes off the clock, Amir finished off a nice combination started by Mac and Lucas, giving the hosts the single goal they would need on the day. Pingree soon doubled down on their defense and created many turnovers, taking much of the early rhythm out of the game. However, BA reasserted themselves, gathering much of the possession and creating a good amount of chances. Soon, Amir collected his second, on his road to four on this afternoon, with another assist to Lucas, and then it was Justin banging home a rebound, yes, once again from Lucas. The second half saw much of the same with Jak showing sharp distribution from the goal mouth, Mac and Alex holding down the defense, and Owen and Jack O scooting up the sidelines. With only a minute or so off the clock, Lucas collected one of his own after receiving a nicely placed pass from Amir. Alex then found himself on the scoreboard, assisting on one before converting his own from a free kick delivered by Owen. Amir wrapped up the scoring with a sharp assist from Nii who ran his socks off on the wing, splitting time with Dermott. A deserved and comfortable win with contributions from all. Owen B. returned from injury, looking like he hadn't missed a step, while Leo, Liam C, and Jack M. continued to put in the hard work in the center midfield.
