BA outdoes BA

The Bulldogs traveled over to Wolfeboro, NH on Saturday afternoon to take on a talented and determined Brewster side. While Berwick managed to out shoot their hosts 21-7, the game never felt that comfortable. Even an early Amir goal (assist to Mac) did little to erase the tension. A Spinney rebound goal coming out of halftime gave the visitors a little space, but a penalty kick for Brewster halved the score and provided them hope. Just after Jack O volleyed home a third for the travelers (assist to Amir), Brewster answered right back, making things interesting for the final ten minutes. In a game that could have been managed better by Berwick, they learned a lesson in the importance of remaining more composed and patient during tighter moments and remaining above the fray.
