- Golf Performance Testing: Members of the Berwick Golf team traveled to specialized facilities to undergo Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) testing—the same movement screening and biomechanical data analysis used by PGA Tour professionals to optimize swing mechanics and prevent injury.
- Hockey Benchmark Testing: Our Ice Hockey programs are utilizing advanced strength and conditioning metric tracking, allowing players to measure their physical output against Division I and NHL-level athletic standards.
