BA Advances past Abby

In front of packed house of boisterous Bulldog supporters, the hosts wasted no time in taking an early lead. Captain Liam Q. tucked home a feisty goal in the same net where he scored the season's first goal ten weeks ago against Hebron. The game became a back and forth affair laced with aggression, meaty tackles, and some decent soccer from both teams. The second half saw much of the same until Nii raced down the left wing and squared a perfectly weighted ball to Amir who calmly slotted into the net for Berwick's second, while drawing a exuberant response from the chilly crowd. Abbey answered back with a goal of their own, but the 2-1 scoreline was all BA needed to advance to the finals on Saturday.
