Berwick Student Leaders Set the Standard
Berwick’s robust student-led club experience, anchored by Grade 9 Dean, Sarah Jean Shimer, has over 80% of all Upper School students participating. Clubs offer a distinct, authentic leadership experience for students to truly learn how to lead by building programming, organizing meetings and agendas, solving problems, connecting with new students, building community culture, and working with the support of their faculty mentor.
This year we are excited to bring back the Mock Trial and add Current Affairs Club, alongside our other popular clubs including Book Club, Mock Trial Team, Investment Club, Business and Marketing Club, Social Sports Club, Yearbook Club, Marine Conservation Club, and Women in STEM among many others! Students can find a full list of clubs in their emails and if a student is interested in starting a club, please have them contact Ms. Shimer.

Berwick Academy, situated on an 80-acre campus just over one hour north of Boston, serves 520 students, Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12 and Postgraduates. Berwick students are from Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and several countries.
