Grade 5 Design Challenge

Berwick Academy fifth graders have been working with Maker-in-Residence Jeff Gunn on a series of challenges to develop maker skills that will serve them in cross-discipline projects. In this video, students design their own 3D printable carts to carry a lacrosse ball along a track without dropping it. They collaborated, experimented, and iterated their designs until they were satisfied with their success. The variety of solutions was very impressive!
