Camp Registration
A completed registration is required in order to guarantee your camper’s enrollment in camp(s). Campers will be permitted to begin camp only after registration and full payment is completed through CampBrain.
Early bird registration
We will be offering an early bird 5% discount registration rate from the day registration opens through January 31. On February 1, camp rates will increase. No code needed. All pricing is reflected in CampBrain.
Grades/Ages
Grades listed for each program are the grades that your child will be entering for the 2026-27 school year. Ages listed for each program are the ages a child must be by the time the camp starts.
Payments & Payment Plans
Each application requires a 10% deposit. Please pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex) via CampBrain. Within CampBrain, you can either pay in full or select the payment option (2 installments).
If you would prefer to pay in monthly installments, we can create a custom plan for you as long as the full payment is received by May 15. If requesting this option, please log in to your CampBrain account and complete all registration information and forms. Once you arrive at the final payment step, at that point, reach out to Jackie Garnett, Operations Coordinator, via email at jgarnett@berwickacademy.org or phone at 207-384-6121. You will not be able to complete registration and utilize a payment plan unless it has been approved and set up in advance, including having a credit card on file with Jackie Garnett. If you are registering after May 15, we require full payment at the time of registration.
Cancellations/Withdrawals
With email notification to Operations Coordinator, Jackie Garnett (jgarnett@berwickacademy.org), families may withdraw a participant from a summer camp under the following scenarios:
- Cancellation on or before April 1, 2026: You will receive a refund less 10% of the camp fee (deposit made when registering).
- Cancellation on or before May 15, 2026: You will receive a refund less 50% of the camp fee.
- Cancellation after May 15, 2026: No refund, proration, credit or tuition reduction shall be given, regardless of the reason for canceling.
Participants who commence a summer session late, depart early or miss days (whether due to violation of rules, for medical reasons or at the election of the camper or family) will not receive any refund, proration, credit or tuition reduction. This includes morning care and afternoon care.
Berwick Academy reserves the right to cancel any camp due to under-enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be given the choice of selecting another camp or receiving a full refund of paid fees.
In the event that Berwick Academy summer camps are not able to operate due to state regulatory requirements from the CDC or DHHS, fees will be prorated and refunded.
Waitlists
When first-choice camps are not available upon application, a waitlist is available for each camp. Participants are accepted from the waitlist based on open space and will be notified by telephone and/or email if and when space becomes available. We cannot guarantee any movement from the waitlist, and families enter the waitlist at their discretion. There is no fee to join the waitlist.
Late Registration
Online registration will close at 3 p.m. on the Monday prior to the camp starting. If you would like to register after that time, and there are still spaces available, you must contact Jackie Garnett, Operations Coordinator at jgarnett@berwickacademy.org or 207-384-6121. Registration is not complete until our team has confirmed this with you. You may not show up on the first day of the camp to drop off your child and/or register.
