Wow! Way to Ring in the Official Season!
The girl's win over Portsmouth Abbey serves as an impressive start to the Cross Country season! Coach Russell and I have watched as the girls push themselves during practice, and we take pride in the support they constantly offer one another on a daily basis.
Today's race was a great success as sophmore Emily Fitzpatrick led the girls to the finish line taking first place. Senior Nicole Kleinmann came in close behind finishing third, followed by sophmore Lily Spearman in fourth. Our other top 10 runners included Ellie Penati, Laura Noerdlinger, and first time runner Torriana St.Pierre!
All of the girls had a great race and should be very proud of themselves!
