GVS Bulldogs tie against Holderness Blue Bulls
The Bulldogs battled for 80 minutes on Wednesday afternoon on their home turf against the Holderness Blue Bulls, and neither team scored. A few notable moments for the Bulldogs includes Goalkeeper Allie Moore's '24 (North Berwick, ME) great catches off Holderness corner kicks. Jessica Wojdak '24 (West Newbury, MA) made a game-saving move in the last minutes when she prevented a Holderness offensive player from scoring. Several of the Berwick players fought hard until the end, throwing themselves fully into the game and keeping the game scoreless. The Bulldogs' record is 8-2-1 on the season, and they will travel to Massachusetts on Friday to play Newton Country Day. Go Bulldogs!
