BA let's one slip

After a nice finish to put the home side ahead by Drew Cabral, the hosts were unable to see things to the end. A hardworking Abbey side tied things up before before the break, making for an interesting second half. Sadly, Berwick came out of the break in a way that has continued to leave us scratching our heads. Seconds after the kick off, the visitors from Rhode Island found themselves ahead, making many of us wonder if we had a halftime talk at all. That aside, the Bulldogs mustered some concentration and got things back on the rails. With a bit more resolve, Berwick found themselves attacking the Ravens net with regularity, yet without reward. That was until Prem Osborne broke free, performing as a captain should, and slamming one into the far netting to knot the game at 2. In spite of several chances toward the end, BA settled for the draw, recognizing it was a fair result for two teams who really went after it. Berwick will host Kent's Hill this Wednesday in an important state of Maine clash.
