Berwick Beats Beaver Counry Day
The JV squad visited Chestnut Hill yesterday afternoon and played one of their most complete games of the season, earning a solid 2-1 win over the host team. Tyler Murray and Pierce Jenkins were the goal scorers for the Bulldogs, with Jack May sending Murray on the breakaway in the 9th minute of play, and Dermott McKinnon delivering the helper on Jenkins' strike in the 62nd. Liam Connolly, pressed into service at sweeper, was stout in the backfield for Berwick. The Bulldogs close out the season with a rematch against Brewster on Field Five on Wednesday.
